2. What Data is Collected?

The app stores the following data that you enter yourself:

• Motorcycle Data: Brand, model, year, license plate, mileage
• Maintenance Data: Type, date, costs, workshop
• Fuel Data: Liters, price, mileage, gas station
• Cost Data: Category, amount, description
• Documents: Photos/PDFs you upload (e.g., receipts)

3. Where is Data Stored?

• ❌ No cloud storage
• ❌ No server transmission
• ❌ No sharing with third parties
• ✅ Full offline functionality

4. Android Auto-Backup

Android provides an automatic backup system that saves app data to your Google account:

• This is handled by Android system functions (not by the app)
• You can disable this in Android Settings under "Backup"
• Data is automatically restored on reinstallation

5. Permissions

The app requires the following permissions:

• Camera: For photo upload of receipts and motorcycle photos
• File Access: For import/export of backups and documents

These permissions are only requested when needed and can be revoked at any time in Android Settings.

6. Notifications

The app can send local notifications for maintenance reminders:

• These are created entirely locally on the device
• No push notifications via external servers
• Can be disabled at any time in the app settings

8. Data Deletion

You have full control over your data at all times:

• Individual entries can be deleted directly in the app
• Under "More" → "Data Management" the entire database can be deleted
• All data is automatically removed when uninstalling the app

9. Your Rights (GDPR)

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you automatically have:

• Right of Access: All data is directly viewable in the app
• Right to Rectification: All entries can be edited
• Right to Erasure: Data can be deleted at any time
• Data Portability: Export function for backup (JSON format)

This privacy policy may be updated with app updates. The current version is always available in the app under "More" → "About" and on this page.
